Refund policy


To decrease your chances of a return please make sure you order the correct size prior to placing an order. If you have any questions about an item please do not hesitate to email us at or give us a call at 334-787-9645 (Mon-Sat 11AM-6PM) before placing your order. 

We do not issue refunds. We offer exchanges and store credit only. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at We will email you to notify you whether or not your return will be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we approve your exchange we will email you the address that you should mail it to.

Exceptions/non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, hair accessories, bathing suits, bodysuits, or gift cards. These items are final sale.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
