Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $55.

Most orders placed by 3PM CT Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3PM CT Monday-Friday and Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day after the date of purchase. During holidays, please allow an additional 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) due to shipping delays. Next-day and expedited shipping is also available at an additional shipping charge. Orders totaling $100+ will require signature upon delivery. Once orders have shipped we will provide you with a tracking number if you selected a trackable shipping option. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, contact USPS to file a claim. 

For returns, we will send you an address to return your package once the return has been approved. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we process an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs on the new shipment.

If you are shipping items worth more than $50 or want tracking services on your package you should consider a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your return. 

While first class shipping without tracking is the cheapest option, we cannot help you in the event you have not received your package since we have no tracking number. If you would like tracking services please select a trackable shipping option.
